Requirements

• Experience with Upwork or similar platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to understand technical services like Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing
• Proven track record of winning projects is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional

Responsibilities:

• Write and submit custom proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Identify potential clients and understand their project requirements
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into projects
• Coordinate with the technical team to deliver accurate project estimates
• Help in generating new business opportunities
